Privacy Policy Rules (Regulation)
1. General Provisions 1.1. This Regulation, in the revision dated 22.11.2025, has been adopted by "PRIME FOODS" Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and is developed and approved to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data (PD) of visitors and buyers (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or "Subject") of the Company's website/mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Site/App"). 1.2. The Regulation applies to all data that the Company may receive from the Buyer via the Site/App or during any other form of communication with the Company. 1.3. By using the Site/App and/or providing their PD, the Buyer expresses their unconditional consent to the processing of PD in accordance with the terms of this Regulation. 1.4. The Company is obliged to process PD in compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
2. Terms and Definitions The following key concepts are used in this Regulation:
- Personal Data (PD): Information recorded electronically, on paper, and/or on another material medium that relates to a specific individual or enables their identification.
- Subject of Personal Data (Subject): The individual to whom the personal data relates (the Buyer).
- Confidentiality of PD: A mandatory requirement not to allow the disclosure and dissemination of PD without the consent of the Subject or the existence of another legal basis. Personal data relating to individuals falls under the category of confidential information.
- Processing of PD: Any action including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of PD.
- Destruction of PD: Actions resulting in the impossibility of restoring the content of PD.
- Third Party: Any person who is not a Subject, owner, and/or operator (the Company), but is connected to them through circumstances or relations regarding the processing of PD.
- Offer: A proposal (public agreement) containing all essential terms of the contract, from which the will of the person making the proposal to conclude a contract with anyone who responds is evident.

4. Composition of Processed Data The Company may collect and process the following PD of the Buyer for the purposes of selling goods (retail) and providing catering services: 4.1. Identification Data:
- Surname, Name, and Patronymic (Full Name).
- Gender.
- Date of birth. 4.2. Contact Data:
- Mobile phone number.
- Delivery address.
- Email address. 4.3. Financial Data:
- Data necessary for making payments (transferred to payment system operators). 4.4. Automatic Data (Cookies):
- Anonymous statistical data on the time of visiting the Site, viewed goods/services, composition, and status of orders. 4.5. Other Data:
- Data received within the framework of appeals or complaints regarding consumer properties and the quality of food products.
- Other PD necessary and sufficient for the Company to perform its tasks.
5. Purposes of Processing The Company processes the Buyer's PD only for specific and predetermined purposes. In particular, the main purposes of processing PD include: 5.1. Fulfillment of Contractual Obligations:
- Granting the Buyer access to the Site/App and personal account.
- Sale of goods (food products), processing and registration of orders.
- Organization of delivery of goods (courier services).
- Acceptance of payments and settlements.
- Acceptance and consideration of Buyers' claims regarding the quality of goods and service. 5.2. Conducting Business Activities:
- Distribution of advertising and information materials and conducting marketing campaigns by the Company and its affiliates (with the Subject's consent).
- Improvement and enhancement of the Site/App.
- Confirmation of the accuracy of data provided by the Buyer. 5.3. Compliance with Legal Requirements:
- Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law "On Personal Data" and the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
- Provision of information to state bodies, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies, in cases provided for by legislation.
- Processing PD for statistical or other research purposes (provided that the data is mandatorily depersonalized).
6. Procedure and Conditions for Processing PD 6.1. Obtaining Consent: Processing of PD is carried out with the consent of the Subject, except for cases provided for by law. Acceptance of the public offer (contract) is considered the Subject's consent to the processing of PD, provided the offer clearly states the purposes of processing. 6.2. Withdrawal of Consent: The Subject or their legal representative has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of PD at any time. PD must be destroyed no later than the next working day after the receipt of the application (notification). 6.3. Transfer to Third Parties: The Company may transfer PD to third parties (e.g., courier services, payment systems) only when necessary to fulfill an order or with the Subject's consent. Transfer to third parties in cases not provided for by law or contract is not permitted. 6.4. Processing Term: The term of PD processing is determined by the date of achieving the goals of their collection and processing. After achieving the processing goals, PD must be destroyed by the Company within three days. 6.5. Information Security: The Company takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect PD from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other illegal actions. The Company is obliged to ensure the integrity, safety, and confidentiality of PD. 6.6. Cross-Border Transfer: The transfer of PD outside the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (cross-border transfer) is carried out to the territory of foreign states that ensure adequate protection of the Subjects' rights.
7. Rights of the Subject The Buyer (PD Subject) has the right to: 7.1. Know about the existence of their PD and its composition within the Company. 7.2. Receive information from the Company about the processing of PD (grounds, purposes, methods, storage periods, etc.) upon request. 7.3. Withdraw the given consent for processing PD at any time. 7.4. Demand from the Company the temporary suspension of processing their PD if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or not necessary for the purposes of processing. 7.5. Appeal to the authorized state body or court regarding issues of protecting their rights and legitimate interests concerning PD.
8. Final Provisions 8.1. The Company has the right to introduce amendments or additions to this Regulation as necessary, as well as in the event of amendments to the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of PD protection and processing. 8.2. Persons guilty of violating the requirements of this Regulation shall be liable in the manner prescribed by legislation.
