Tamaki Panko Breadcrumbs are a coarse, airy breadcrumb grain created using a traditional Japanese technique. When fried, foods (sugar rolls, shrimp, chicken, tonkatsu pork, and vegetables) acquire a golden, crispy crust while remaining juicy and tender inside. The crumb grain size is approximately 4 mm.
